I really fucking would. The latest in this line of cis-feminists I’ve noticed is Raven, aka unknowable woman. By asking for trans-inclusive language we’re being mean to women.

This is her response to people being upset with a poster that had a uterus on it and a slogan…

“And when they say ‘women’, you bet your ass they only mean cis women.”

definitely noticed that in the way the op and another user spoke about women. yes, i get that anti-choice legislation is basically written up with cis women in mind. but that’s basically because they don’t recognize or think about trans* or non-binary identities. they have a cissexist way of thinking going on there. i don’t see how that means we should be doing the same thing. and it doesn’t actually help to complain about how women can’t have this one thing when not every woman has a uterus. so yeah, it is worth thinking about who you mean when you say “women,” and it is worth thinking about trans* and non-binary individuals when we fight against these kinds of anti-choice legislation.
